100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef brisket. This cut is ideal for barbecue smoking to make pulled beef sandwiches. Just add BBQ sauce! It becomes incredibly tender when slowly-cooked. If you have the time, brisket is also ideal for making your own Montreal smoked meat or corned beef!

No hormones, no antibiotics. Our cows are raised ethically and sustainably on our Murphy Meadow Ranch in the open-range grasses of the Cariboo Region.
