100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef rib steak (bone-in). This bone-in cut is one of the five most tender beef cuts. It’s thick and juicy with the most marbling, an intense beef flavour, and wonderful tenderness. Just season and grill or pan fry.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Our cows are raised ethically and sustainably on our Murphy Meadow Ranch in the open-range grasses of the Cariboo Region.
