100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef round steak. Beef round steak is moderately tender and lean with a mild beefy flavour. Maximize tenderness by piercing all over with a fork and marinate 4 to 12 hours before grilling.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Our cows are raised ethically and sustainably on our Murphy Meadow Ranch in the open-range grasses of the Cariboo Region.
