100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef tri tip roast. This roast is a cut from the bottom of the sirloin. It does not have a lot of fat marbling so it is best to grill over high heat so it does not dry out.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Our cows are raised ethically and sustainably on our Murphy Meadow Ranch in the open-range grasses of the Cariboo Region.
