Hop Creek Brewing brings together farm-brewed beer, pasture-raised food, and a setting you won't find anywhere else. We're a family-run brewery located in Brackendale on a working farm. With our heritage animals, cozy fire pits, and heated patio seating, it’s a full farm experience, not just a brewery.

Named after our mini woolly donkeys, Johnny Ringo and Misty. A crisp, easy-drinking pilsner with a stubborn refusal to be boring.

Alpine IPA
Bursting with the zesty lime and white grape notes unique to New Zealand hops, balanced by a soft, pillowy body and a wave of tropical fruit.
4.7% ABV
G.O.A.T Hazy Pale Ale
Soft, juicy, and hop-forward. A hazy pale ale with notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus, named for the goats who needed no convincing they were the main attraction.
6% ABV
Barnyard Mist IPA
Juicy, piney, and resinous. Tropical New Zealand hops meet the bold, clean bitterness of the West Coast.

East Side Hazy IPA
Soft, juicy, and tropical. Bursting with mango, passion fruit, and pineapple with a hint of lime. Named for Notorious P.I.G., who holds down the east side of the pasture.

Rodney's Revenge NZ Pilsner
A crisp New Zealand pilsner with lime zest, white grape, and passionfruit. Named for Rodney the ram, who still has everyone checking twice before opening the gate.

Scout Sour
Juicy, tart, and full of bite. Real blackberry and blueberry, named for Scout, our cattle dog, who questions every visitor and takes her authority very seriously.
