Hop Creek Brewing brings together farm-brewed beer, pasture-raised food, and a setting you won't find anywhere else. We're a family-run brewery located in Brackendale on a working farm. With our heritage animals, cozy fire pits, and heated patio seating, it’s a full farm experience, not just a brewery.

Named after our mini woolly donkeys, Johnny Ringo and Misty. A crisp, easy-drinking pilsner with a stubborn refusal to be boring.

Alpine IPA
Bursting with the zesty lime and white grape notes unique to New Zealand hops, balanced by a soft, pillowy body and a wave of tropical fruit.
4.7% ABV
G.O.A.T Hazy Pale Ale
Soft, juicy, and hop-forward. A hazy pale ale with notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus, named for the goats who needed no convincing they were the main attraction.
