100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef New York steak. The New York steak is a very tender cut with fat on the edge of the steak and a little marbling throughout. Toss in a hot cast iron skillet for a few minutes each side.
Our grass fed beef contains no hormones, no antibiotics. Our cows are raised ethically and sustainably on our Murphy Meadow Ranch in the open-range grasses of the Cariboo Region.
