Pastured pork butt steak. Cut from the pork shoulder and contains the blade bone — our sustainable pork steaks are perfect for backyard BBQs. Just add a flavourful spice rub or marinade, then grill for 5 minutes each side, followed by a 3-min rest.

No hormones, no antibiotics, no GMOs. Raised ethically and sustainably on our local Squamish farm and fed non-GMO, non-medicated feed.
