Pastured pork Boston butt. Great for pulled pork! Season with your favourite marinade and seasonings, place in a roasting pan, cover tightly and roast at 325°F for 3 1/2 hours. Shred meat with a fork on a cutting board then bake for another 45 minutes with leftover cooking liquid.
